Q1: How do I access my purchased products?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with download links. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Downloads” section. All files are available for immediate download.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through paystack, as well as flutterwave. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.
Q3: Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Q4: How many times can I download a product?
Once you purchase a product, you have unlimited downloads. You can download your files as many times as you need, from any device. Your purchase history is saved in your account indefinitely.
Q5: Do products come with updates?
Many of our products, especially plugins and templates, include free updates. Check the individual product page for specific update policies. When updates are available, you’ll receive an email notification.
Q6: Can I use these products commercially?
License terms vary by product. Most of our products come with a standard license that allows personal and commercial use. Extended licenses are available for some products. Always check the license details on the product page before purchasing.
Q7: I'm having trouble downloading. What should I do?
First, check your email spam folder for the download link. If you still can’t find it, log into your account and visit the Downloads section. If problems persist, contact our support team at contact@motilox.com or on Instagram motilox (preferably) with your order number, and we’ll send you the download link directly.
